We want you to love your Sleeper pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn garments in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Sleeper box and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
